We Must Move On

(((((PROLOGUE)))))

Fox McCloud age 13 was now an official member of the Star Fox Team and 
the new leader following in his dad's 
footsteps.  Fox had graduated top class at the Academy and he had 
recieved the highest ranks than anyone else.  The first
couple of weeks at the Academy were hard for Fox though because his dad 
was always on his mind but he had a lot of
friends there to help him and make him feel welcome (you know).  He had 
made many friends at the Academy which made
him happy and one of them was Bill Grey (a husky) who is now after five 
years a commander of a big military on Katina.
Now it is time for Fox to gather up a new team and take down Andross.

(((((CHAPTER 1)))))

It was Monday 0300 hrs. and Fox McCloud was laying on his bed in his 
chamber aboard Great Fox.  It has been five 
years now since his dad's fate and the thought of that is still fresh 
in Fox's mind but he knew he had to move on.  As he 
was reading an up-to-date Cornerian Times magazine Peppy had opened the 
door and walked in "Fox the general would
like to speak with you" he said leaving his chamber afterwards so he 
walked down to the control room.  When he entered
the control room Fox's wife Fara had been reading up on a book she was 
enjoying (Fara wanted to take a ride aboard
Great Fox) "hi honey" Fox greeted as he walked in and she did the same 
as they both did a quick kiss.  ROB64 then turned
around "Fox you have a message from General Pepper...Priority 1" he had 
said in a robotic voice so Fox hurried over to
the monitor and turned it on and Pepper's old face appeared on the 
screen.  "Aah Fox how are you today?" Pepper asked
giving a quick greeting "Just fine what can I do for you today 
general?" responded Fox then Pepper turned totally 
serious.  "Fox we need to move on and get you guys a couple of new 
teammates and plan for future attacks on Venom"
"have you been doing some research or something?" asked Fox as Fara 
then watched over Fox's shoulder "yes and I think
these are the ones for you and Peppy" Pepper said confidently "alright 
we will be back in thirty minutes Fox out" then 
the monitor went blank "ROB set a course back to Corneria" Fox 
commanded "o...k" responded ROB.  After that he 
wanted to go back to his chamber but Fara then put her arms around Fox.  
"So Foxy" she said smiling at him "honey 
please don't call me Foxy just Fox" he said putting his arms around 
Fara "excited for your new teammates?...Foxy" she
asked giggling a little "yeah but I am nervous you know...being a 
leader and hoping for the best new recruits to the
team" he said nervously looking away then looking back at Fara smiling 
"and by-the-way just Fox!" then Fara giggled 
some more "oh Fox don't worry about it" she said afterwards ruffling 
the fur on Fox's head.  After five minutes of talking
about things Fox and Fara went into the rec-room then layed on the 
couch and had a small kissing session.  After 25
minutes had passed Peppy walked in looking at his photo album of him, 
his family, and James five years ago.  He even
shed a tear or two looking at the ones of James McCloud "five minutes 
from entering Corneria" ROB announced so Fox
and Peppy started talking about their memebers to the team. "So Peppy 
has General Pepper had any updates on our new 
recruits?" asked Fox "why yes" Peppy replied "one of them is a falcon 
and the other is a toad" "interesting" Fox said 
looking forward to meeting them "and they are very skilled pilots" 
Peppy said afterwards "that sounds exciting don't you
think Fox?" Fara said and Fox stayed silent "Foxy" she teased "ok! yes 
it's exciting" Fox said practically yelling so Fara
teased Fox the rest of the way home.

(((((CHAPTER 2)))))

They had then landed at the base next to Fox and Peppy's arwing and the 
two new arwings for the new teammates.  They then
walked down the hallway to the generals office both excited and nervous 
and for Fara she went into the big rec-room
and read her book some more.  Fox gave  a few knocks on the general's 
door and he could also hear the general "that
would be Fox and Peppy" he said softly "come in!" he then said more 
loudly then Fox opened the door and they both
walked in looking at their two new teammates.  "Fox and Peppy meet 
Falco Lombardi he was a member of the
Avian Air Force and is very skilled" Pepper said kindly and they both 
shook Falco's hand and greeted "and meet Slippy
Toad he is a big...let's just say tech know-it-all (you know what I 
mean) Pepper said and they shook Slippy's hand and greeted
him.  After about five minutes of talking and getting to know eachother 
(also being respective about James McCloud)
Pepper lead Falco and Slippy to the docking bay.  "Falco and Slippy 
these will be your arwings" Pepper said pointing at
them "WOW!" they both said in excitement and they walked up to them 
getting a close look.  Soon after Fox and Peppy
entered the scene Peppy walked up to Pepper "general?" said Peppy 
pointing at his watch "oh yes Falco and Slippy we need to discuss about your
new assignment with Fox and Peppy" then they walked back to Pepper's 
office.  "You guys will be going to 
Venom to take down the base there and destroy what's left of Andross" 
Pepper said giving Falco and Slippy a serious
look "we're ready for anything" Falco said bravely and so they 
continued on with the discussion.  Meanwhile back 
on Venom Andross was discussing his attack plan and they wanted to take 
Corneria by suprise.  "We need to act fast and
take those bastards down" Andross started off saying angrily "shall we 
do it the ol' fashion way? just go in for attack?"
asked Wolf "no! to easy" replied Andross "I would like you, Leon, 
Pigma, and Andrew to sneak into Corneria City
undetected then sneak into the Star Fox base and plant cameras" (he 
wantes them to do this so he can watch the team from
Venom and know there every move) "then we will take our army of 
Venomians in and play a game of war" then Andross and
the Star Wolf Team smiled evily and laughed together.  Meanwhile back 
on Corneria they were just ending their 
conversation about Venom when Fara barged into the room "Fox! it...it's 
Andross" she said very scared so they all ran into
the rec-room to the monitor phone that was in there.  "Aah hello 
General Pepper and hello again Peppy and what do we
have here? Fox McCloud as a leader? wow i'll have fun killing you like 
I did your father later" Andross said as a greeting
"what the hell do you want Andross?" asked Fox angrily "i'm declaring 
war and I intend to blow your city to hell so you
better be ready OR BE PREPARED TO DIE!!!" Andross said laughing then 
the screen went blank "let the games begin"
General Pepper said in anger and after that they got right down to 
strictly business.

(((((EPILOGUE)))))

After the warning that day they got the Cornerian Army all together 
along with Bill Grey's Husky Unit and they had a big
meeting at the Cornerian Town Hall and they prepared the city for war.  
THE VENOMIANS WANTED TO PLAY A DEADLY GAME.
